These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the website www.bisleyfirewood.co.uk  and to any purchases made from Bisley Firewood.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

“Buyer”, “you”, or “customer”: the individual or organisation that buys goods from us.
“Goods”: the products you order from us (firewood).
“Contract”: the legally binding agreement between you and Bisley Firewood.

2. Ordering

Orders are placed online or via text or telephone, and are subject to availability and our acceptance. A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse any order. If refused, any payment made will be refunded in full.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable (UK VAT rates). Delivery charges are postcode-based and shown at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or adjust prices due to VAT or cost changes.

4. Delivery

We deliver locally to Bisley, Surrey. All deliveries are made to the nearest safe and accessible location on hard, flat ground (e.g., tarmac or concrete). The driver performs a safety risk assessment before unloading and may refuse delivery if conditions are unsafe.

You are responsible for ensuring vehicle access is possible and someone is present to receive the delivery.

5. Risk & Title

Risk transfers to you upon delivery. Title remains with Bisley Firewood until payment is received in full.

6. Cancellations and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Goods must be unused and in their original packaging. You are responsible for return transport and costs, unless the goods are faulty.

If goods are returned due to change of mind, we will issue a refund within 7 days of receiving the returned items, minus the original delivery fee (if applicable). If goods are returned due to failed delivery, original and return transport costs will be deducted from the refund.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email henry@bisleyfirewood.co.uk We will offer a replacement, refund, or partial refund as appropriate. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the price of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or inaccessible addresses or unsafe delivery surfaces.

9. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its security, or copy content without permission. All intellectual property belongs to Bisley Firewood.

10. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with UK law, including the Data Protection Act 2018.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, pandemics).

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
